I have tried installing bluetooth drivers from official intel site and it doesn't work. When it's functioning in another pc the event log says the driver is installed or something ħ. In CSR reference endpoint's events, it says the device is deleted. Usually it's called generic bluetooth radio when its functioning properly iirc Ħ. In Bluetooth under settings the bluetooth adapter is called CSR Reference Endpoint under "Other devices". I hear the sound of the device being plugged in though.ĥ. I have tried many different usb ports and none of them work. Bluetooth driver doesn't appear in device manager, so I don't think it's a driver problem since the bluetooth would appear if the dongle is detected: Ĥ. When I run troubleshoot with the dongle plugged in: ģ. Dongle is fine because it works on other computers.Ģ. My Bluetooth dongle randomly stopped getting detected on my PC and I can't use Bluetooth on my PC.
